Call Center Representative
Collects demographic information for new and established patients and loads into computerized scheduling system. Gathers necessary medical information to determine appropriate appointment type. Requires the ability to multi-task, exceptional flexibility to adjust to fluctuating call volumes, professionalism and the highest standards of customer service to interact with patients and all levels of staff within the physician offices.

Required:
1. High School graduate
2. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
3. Excellent oral communication skills
4. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
5. Ability to keep patient information confidential
6. Ability to establish and maintain effective working
7. Knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation
8. Strong ability to multi-task all the while maintaining professional demeanor
Responsibilities:
1. Completes registration using computerized automated scheduling system
2. Utilizes scheduling system for many types of appointments
3. Provides general information about each physician office and its services
4. Handles all inbound physician practice calls and determines escalation level
5. Collects all necessary demographic information including insurance data
6. Responsible for scheduling new, current, follow-up, rescheduling, and cancelling patient appointments
7. Other duties as assigned by manager
