Customer Service Representative with Italian

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers and
providing information in response to inquiries about products and services. You will also be responsible
for handling and resolving customer complaints, following up on customer interactions and working
with other members of the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
You will join a dynamic and multicultural team, where you will be encouraged to share your ideas and
opinions, and be given the tools you need to succeed in your role.
Location: Greece (Possibility to work remotely, but you must be located in Greece)
Contract: Full-time.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian; fluent in English is a must
- Work – permit in Greece – must have
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with using Microsoft Office applications and online systems
